International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I heard about Short Tronics INC from a friend that needed to fix his Garmin. I use it on my Harley and in the car to locate covered bridges and lighthouses. (I'm big into photography) After it crapped out on me in the fall, I went to my cousin's house who is an IT specialist and d/l the updates for me. This wasn't working and had thrown him for a loop. I called up Chris and he assured me it wouldn't be an issue. It was fixed and used it this past weekend in VT. LOVED IT!! It's back, now I can try to fine new places and can't thank you guys enough! You saved me $8oo for a new one
