International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I shipped three Palm TX units to ShortTronics INC for refurbishing - replace the digitizer and power switch in each. The units came back quickly and once again perform as new. Once again I can resist being dragged into the 21st century and not have to learn another new OS. I'm very grateful for ShortTronics INC and their excellent service.
