Just posted this on our New England Riders Facebook page and will recommend your service to my riding buds.:
My Zumo 450 started acting up last season. Got up for a couple of rides this year and the unit froze up a couple of times. I needed to pull the battery out and reset it. I was going to buy a new unit but I am use to this one and don't really want to learn a new one, plus $800 bucks for something I already have just not the latest and greatest just seemed to much. So I sent it out for repair and it just came back today.
