International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I have a Garmin Zumo 550 on my Harley that lost it's power button. After calling Garmin and finding they couldn't help me I did a brief Internet search and Short Tronics/Palm DR. After calling and speaking to Chris I immediately sent my GPS to them. It was received, fixed correctly and back in my hands in about 7 days. Thanks Chris and I will recommend you to my friends.
