International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: GREAT repair!!

First of all to find someone who repairs Palms was, to me, a blessing. I have used this unit since 2002 and kept track of my life on it and it was reaching the point where I could not make entries without repeated selections of digits because the screen was wearing out. The power switch was intermittent and I had lost the ability to do a back-up of all the data on the unit.
Chris and his staff received the unit and had it repaired the same DAY!! It shipped back and I am using it again now just as brand new!! It was an inexpensive repair that solved all the issues and gave me peace of mind while in their care. I cannot thank them enough and will probably purchase another T/X for a spare..
