International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I have used Chris Short's expertise several times in the past few years when I needed assistance with my Palm Zire 71. A few months ago my Windows 8 laptop had a required Windows update and when I accessed the information in my laptop a majority of the information in the Address Book of my Palm was missing. Chris logged into my computer and had my information back in no time! He is amazing!!! If you need assistance on any of your devices, I highly recommend him.
