International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

What great service. Yeah, I know, my SP 2610 is ancient. But I really like it, it still works great - except that the touchscreen got really flaky, phantom touches, faded.

I realized that I didn't have the skills to open up and properly replace the touchscreen. So, I shipped my 2610 and the new touchscreen that I bought to Chris. It got fixed the same day and works great now.
