International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Wow! What a fabulous service. I bought an obsolete Zumo 550 from my Harley-Davidson dealer's swap meet, recently with the intention of having it refurbished by Garmin. When they told me the unit was no longer serviceable by Garmin I started looking on the web for alternatives. I quickly found PalmDr and gave them a call. I was so impressed by the response I sent them the unit to replace one of the rubber buttons and go through it. They responded the same day they received it with a ridiculously low estimate-to-repair and told me once I confirmed payment, it was ready to ship. Total turn around time from my shipping it to receiving it back was 1 week! I had it installed by the dealer who commented that my unit was probably in the best condition they had ever seen. It works great and gives me a capability on my 2007 Electro-Glide that is envied by all. Sure beats $700 for a new unit. Thank you Palm Dr.
