International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Chris Saved My Trip!

I was updating my map on my Zumo 550 when my computer shut down in the middle of the updating process. Talks with Garmin indicated that they felt it was unrepairable and that I should buy a new GPS to replace it. I talked to Chris and he said basically "No problem". Chris repaired it, replaced a bad screw for the battery case, and replaced the internal battery for a VERY reasonable price and had it on its way back the next day! I have it back on my motorcycle and it works great! I'm leaving soon for a trip from Oregon to Vermont and I'm absolutely thrilled that my 550 will once again be guiding my way. Chris is a magician as far as I'm concerned and I will recommend him to all of my friends.
