NOTICE: 

International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Incredible customer service! still working on resolution -- through NO fault of PalmDr.com -- but the attentiveness, speed of responses, and true willingness to go the "extra mile" have been very refreshing. Incredibly easy to work with! If the problem is never resolved, it most certainly will **NOT** be due to sincere and continued efforts on the part of PalmDr.com!
