International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Can't say enough about the great repair to my 545s....Found PalmDr from internet search and thought I would take a chance as I could not find any repair facility closer.

Sent the repair after a few back and forth emails just to see if I should do any other troubleshooting. Sent in for rush job and it was fixed the same afternoon they received it by UPS...When I received it back...plugged it in and was happy to see it working again......Thanks again for the great job
