My Garmin Zumo 550 stopped working after 7 years of great performance. I was referred to Chris & PalmDr.com by a fellow motorcyclist at Americade (Thanks, Pat). After using the repair diagnosis section of the website, I shipped my unit to Chris on Saturday. They received it on Tuesday, repaired the unit an returned it to me that same day. I received my repaired unit on Thursday - 6 days after sending it, for a very reasonable repair cost. I tried out the unit the next day and it worked as well as it did when it was new.
