International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Title: Restored my Zumo 550 to like new condition

My Garmin Zumo 550 stopped working after 7 years of great performance. I was referred to Chris & PalmDr.com by a fellow motorcyclist at Americade (Thanks, Pat). After using the repair diagnosis section of the website, I shipped my unit to Chris on Saturday. They received it on Tuesday, repaired the unit an returned it to me that same day. I received my repaired unit on Thursday - 6 days after sending it, for a very reasonable repair cost. I tried out the unit the next day and it worked as well as it did when it was new. Chris kept me informed by e-mail throughout the process. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had from any company. Thank you for the outstanding service, Chris.
