International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Yes! A real person answered the telephone.I said "the Palm doesn't know where on the screen the stylus is pointed." Chris diagnosed over the telephone and named a price. I mailed my Palm on Friday and received it back on Wednesday.Chris also installed the Palm Desktop program on my new Win10 operating system computer. I got the repair and install for a more than fair price. Do yourself a favor and look no further than this website. PalmDr.com is the best!!
