International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I cannot say enough good about Short Tronics. Fast response to my email inquiry. Chris knows his stuff. He recognized the problem I was describing and knew he could fix it when Garmin said it was a lost cause $$$$$. Chris resurrected the Zumo from a doorstop to a fully functional GPS again and the turnaround was amazingly fast. Really, I'm not his mother!!! Glad I had friends who told me about Short Tronics for they had the same great experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend anyone with Zumo problems to call Chris!
