International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

I described problem I was having on line. The reply was prompt with probable cause and a repair cost. My subsequent questions were patiently and promptly answered. The repair and cost was as promised and the unit returned quickly and works like new. I wish all my repair issues(car,house,etc) went so well! Nice job who ever is running things there!
