International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

After conferring with Chris Short, I mailed my Zumo late on Friday and received my as new unit the following Thursday. Outstanding button repair, new LCD and digitizer and new internal battery. Chris is a consummate technician and customer service professional. I will wholeheartedly recommend PalmDr/Short Tronics to anyone needing fast, competent GPS repairs. He's the best!
