International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

My Palm IIIxe died after 16 years. I found this website and called Chris. He was so great on the phone I knew he could resolve the issue. I mailed it on Tues and received it back on Sat of the same week (which also says a lot about USPS surprisingly). The unit works like new and Chris even sent me an email asking me to let him know when I received the unit. I have NEVER experienced service like this and can't recommend Chris highly enough. If your Palm is acting up you definitely want to call Chris!!!!!!!!!
