Started having software/hot sync issues after updating to Windows 10 on desktop. Contact and calendar entries would not sync or transfer from either unit to the other. Chris was awesome!! Within probably 15 minutes he had everything straightened out and running smoothly. Highly recommend Chris and PalmDr. Very professional and excellent service.
