International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

The 2620 is a bit of an antique so I was happy to find someone that could still replace a wonky digitizer. Chris turned the initial repair around super-quick but the new digitizer turned out to be a bust. When contacted he was super helpful and managed to get the digitizer replaced and the unit back in my hands in 5 days....way quicker that I expected considering it was now Christmas shipping season.

Couldn't be happier with the service...big thumbs up for Short Tronics and Chris.
