International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Received the replacement unit today and synced with my computer for the backup files and it is working wonderfully. Came in a day earlier than expected but then you have given excellent service every time I have had to call on you. Thank you very much.
