International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Your Palm Pilot Service saved my years of my accrued names and USPS addresses and telephone numbers and e-mail addresses.
I thought it was going to be a "losing effort" when the case on my Palm Pilot totally cracked, the battery almost died, and the screen turned "black"...but your highly successful hands total recovered all my files, move the information onto a new M15o that a friend had given to me, and I'm back 100% again in use of that "PALM PILOT"...since I retired in 2009, there was little hope for me to "recover" the information in my old unit.
