International Orders - Because of the new postal regulations we are no longer able to send ANY device with a battery out of the USA.  This includes batteries and any device with a battery, this also includes any repairs.  We will look into the possibilities of using a different shipping option but until this is determined we will refund the order minus the payment processing fee which we are not able to recover, this amount typically amounts to round 4%.

Cudos to Short Tronics INC for the fast and efficient servicing of my Zumo. Besides the needed repairs, they also replaced the battery and button pads which most likely caused the initial problem. The Zumo in my opinion is the ultimate guidance system and I would never in all my wanderings on two wheels be without it. Thank you again Chris and staff!
