Includes all standard programs installed and ready to go.  There are NO scratches on the front of this unit – this includes the screen! (The back of the unit MAY have minor scratches.)  We also repair and diagnose most all Palm models so rest assured the unit has been fully tested and verified.In some ways my PDAs are better than new, for example Li-Ion batteries get damaged if they have not been charged for a long period of time, this unit has a new high capacity battery – fresh from the manufacture, unlike others who are selling units with batteries that are more than five years old.
