Repair service for SAM Plow Control

This is for the repair of YOUR SAM plow controller. You are NOT purchasing a replacement unit, you will get YOUR handheld controller back, you will NOT get an exchange.

• We will replace any bad mosfets(electronic switches), mosfet drivers and diodes, these are the most common failing parts for this plow controller board. 
• We will also replace any bad rubber contacts, a bad rubber pad requires a hard press to activate.
• We will repair small circuit board damage due to corrosion.
• We will fully test the controller after the repair so you will know it passed and is fully functional when you get it back

Here are the steps to complete the service;

1. Purchase this listing, one per controller
2. You will receive an email within 24 hours of your purchase, this will include all the instructions for sending in your controller
3. Carefully pack and send us your controller(s)
4. Wait two to three days for us to complete the repairs, with RUSH Service your controller will be completed in ONE business day
5. Receive back your fully tested, fully functional controller

NOTE: Repair/replacement to the CPU, plastic handset, cord and harness connector will be more. If the unit CAN NOT be repaired or will cost more to fix we will contact you.  If your unit can NOT be repaired your purchase price WILL BE REFUNDED minus a $10 evaluation fee and return shipping fee, the free return shipping offer is only valid with a repaired controller.
