This means all functions have been tested and either meet or exceed the OEM specifications. A brand new battery has been installed in this unit; this is a $48 value. If you are considering buying from a seller who does not advertise a new battery consider the battery is between 4 and 6 years old – its charge life will have been greatly decreased. This type of battery will not hold up well with not being charged for that period of time.
